Natasha is an experienced therapist who has provided counseling and mental health support to adults in a variety of clinical settings. She is deeply committed to providing a client-centered safe space for self-exploration and processing of your life’s experiences. Her goal is to help you identify and strengthen your personal resources and coping skills so you can effectively manage life’s stressors and live well.
Natasha also teaches Mental Health Foundations for Humber College’s Post-graduate certificate program.
Natasha is passionate about ongoing learning in the mental health field to further develop her capacity as a therapist. She is currently pursuing a certificate in Therapeutic Models of Mindfulness. She is also committed to the ongoing personal work required to be an effective ally for BIPOC and LGTBQ2+
